11.4 Force Majeure. xb.jili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
12.1 Termination by xb.jili. xb.jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if xb.jili determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.2 Termination by User. You may close your xb.jili account at any time by contacting xb.jili customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 13.
